Affiliate partner pages

You’ll need: Affiliates — if you cannot see these, the module may be switched off for your business or outside your permissions. An administrator can change either.

An affiliate is a co-branded page you give a partner: their logo, their colours, their headline, and a selection of your catalogue at terms you agreed with them.

Their members open a link and see something that looks like a joint offer rather than a discount code taped onto your shop.

What you configure

Partner contact ties the page to a record in your address book, so the arrangement belongs to a party you already know.

Slug is the address you hand out. Choose it once — like every other slug, changing it breaks whatever the partner has already circulated.

Logo, wordmark, hero image, brand colour and accent colour make the page theirs. Headline, subheadline and intro are the words at the top.

Discount pct is the reduction their people get. Commission participants is who earns on those sales and how much. Product overrides adjust specific products for this partner. Curated offers picks which of your offers appear.

Start date and end date bound the arrangement, which is what stops a partnership that ended in June still discounting in December.

An open link, not an account

There is no login. Anybody with the address gets the terms.

That is a deliberate trade: it makes the partner’s job trivial — one link in a newsletter or a WhatsApp group — at the cost of the link being shareable beyond the intended audience. It is the right shape for a staff-discount page or an association benefit, and the wrong shape for terms you would be embarrassed to see forwarded.

Decide with that in mind, and use the date window as your control.

Eligibility still applies

A partner discount does not override your product settings. If a category is not discount-eligible, or has a maximum below what the partnership offers, that rule holds.

This is the safety net that makes affiliate pages safe to delegate: someone can configure a generous partnership without being able to sell your thinnest-margin stock below cost.

Try it

On staging.feeprime.com, build a partner page with a colour and a discount, open it as an outsider would, and compare a price against your normal shop. Then set a product setting that forbids discounting on one category and watch the partner page respect it.
